The book is here!
I just got home to find a package in the mail: “Giants Past and Present” has arrived!
I know I’m not the most objective observer here, but the book is beautiful. The team at MVP has done a great job in gathering photos and assembling them into a handsome package.
I can’t wait until the book is in stores and I can start getting the reaction of others – but for now, there’s nothing like the feeling of seeing the first book I’ve ever written, hard-bound, with Willie Mays slugging on the cover.
